Product Description The Podiatrist's Prescription for Pain Relief! We encapsulated with two new foams our orthotic shell that has satisfied more than a million consumers. Hypurcel foam that maintains its density and cushioning support covers the upper surface, and a soft EVA foam coats the undersurface. This exciting new product provides comfort in an orthotic not available in todays market. Powerstep Pinnacle provides the perfect blend of foot control, spring, and life-long cushioning for those who are seeking greater comfort than other products on the market. By eliminating excessive inward rolling motion of the foot, Pinnacle virtually eliminates pain or strain on your heel and arch, and even your ankles, knees and lower back. Powerstep products offer therapy for heel spurs, plantar fasciitis, neuromas, metatarsalgia, and many other foot conditions.

For some, this is the answer! July 31, 2007 DooDude (Midwest, USA) 26 out of 26 found this review helpful
I have Plantar Faciitis. I have the typical problems where my foot becomes so painful that I couldnt walk properly, especially in the morning after I had been off of it for awhile.
Ive tried the splints, socks, stretching, heel cups & other arch supports & at best only felt minimal temporary relief.
I finally tried the Powerstep Pinnacle supports but went into it with the attitude, "what have I got to lose".
The first day I got relief worth the price of the product. But it was the next morning when I got up & was 20 minutes into my normal routine when I realized that my heel went from the normal 9 out of 10 pain range to a 3 out of 10.
The day after that I was at a 1 out of 10. I can tell that after having a problem for so long that it still has not healed completely, but the pain is so minimal & the support is so great that Im convinced that my Plantar Faciitis is finally on the mend.
Another benifit for me has been the heel support that helps to keep your heel from rolling. I have arthritis in my knee & because my heel was rolling inwardly my knee was being twisted slightly. Now, my knee stays straighter when walking has less stress on it & there is less pain.
One thing to note: The directions for use state to only wear these the first day for a few hours.
You should follow those directions. The support is so firm that it will take a few days for your foot to become accustomed to the support. Even after 4 days my arch is still trying to adjust but it gets better everyday.
I suggest you try only one pair & transfer them from shoe to shoe until you become sure these are for you.
Ive made my decision & am purchasing 2 more pair for my sneakers & my casual slip ons.
One last thing, I got mine on E of Bay for $26 & free shipping.

I have so far purchased 3 pair of these orthotics along with a pair from the podiatrist for $400. I dont even wear the $400 ones anymore because ther hurt my feet, so dont waste your $$$, buy these.
Best orthotics insert! November 29, 2007 O. Gabbard (Cary, NC United States) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I tried five different kinds of inserts and these were by far the best. I have bought these inserts for all of my walking, golf and sports shoes.
Can't Walk Without Them December 22, 2008 L. Bush (Texas) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I have very high arches and have always had problems with my toes tingling and hurting while exercising or walking. I was worried about these inserts being too rigid, and not comfortable. It turns out that they are perfect! If you are not used to having supported arches, the inserts take a day or two to get used to. After that, no more pain! I can exercise pain-free. I even took a trip to NYC and walked for three days sightseeing without one bit of discomfort. I could not have done that without these inserts.
comfy and sturdy December 24, 2008 Gogce C. Kayihan (Gainesville, FL USA) 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I have been suffering from plantar fasciitis, after a small research I found out that these insoles are the best and they were right! first day it felt weird (I have flat feet) but after that we became inseparable! The moment I forget to put them in my shoes I feel uncomfortable. I love them, I would get another pair if I need again.
